Warning
To ensure the best service and wear from footwear, it is important that the footwear is regularly cleaned and treated with a good proprietary cleaning product. Do not use any detergent or caustic cleaning agents. Where footwear is subjected to wet conditions, it shall, after use, be allowed to dry naturally in a cool, dry area and not be force-dried as this can cause deterioration of the upper material. Treat regularly with leather recommended grease or silicone.
If the footwear is cared for and worn in the correct working environment and stored in dry ventilated conditions, it should give good wear life, without failure of the outsole, upper and upper stitching. The actual wear life of footwear is dependent on the type of footwear, environmental conditions which can affect the wear, contamination and degradation of the product.
If the footwear becomes damaged, it will NOT continue to give the specified level of protection and to ensure that the wearer continues to receive the maximum protection, the footwear should be immediately replaced.
The packaging provided with the footwear at the point of sale is to ensure that the footwear is delivered to the customer in the same condition as when despatched; the box may also be used for storing the footwear when no in wear. Boxed footwear should not be stored underneath heavy objects as this could cause breakdown of its packaging and possible damage to the footwear.
Technical information
The footwear protects the wearer's toes against risk of injury from falling objects and crushing or impact when worn in work environments where potential hazards occur.
The footwear is supplied with a removable insole which was in place during testing. The insole should remain in place while the footwear is in use. It should only be replaced by a comparable insole supplied by the original manufacturer to still meet the protection standards for which it bears signs.
Leather is an organic material. Treat it well and it will reward you with its comfort, flexibility, water-repellency and appearance.

| With your usual wool socks on, put the shoe on and push your foot toward the front of it until your toes touch well the front part of the shoe. |
| Stand up and insert your forefinger between your heel and the back part of the shoe so your toes have enough space under the steel box toe. (about ½ inches or 1.25 cm necessary space) |
| Sit again and push your foot (heel) firmly toward the back part of the boot. |
| For the boots, push the leather excess of the tongue toward the inside and to the sides of the boot to avoid bad folds. |
For bottom eyelets, attach firmly the laces so the foot is well hold.
Bottom eyelets: • 4 for the boots

| For the boot, close the upper part with the Velcro gore stripping, without oppressing your foot. |
| For a boot with a metatarsal protection, put the laces in the braid of the protection after the fourth eyelet only. |
